1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Next, Password & Accounts.
3. Add Account.
4. Select the outlook mail account and Enter your Email Account Details.
5. Once you logged in, iPhone will ask to copy all Outlook data to your iPhone. Those all Data will be merged with Existing iPhone’s Data like Contacts, Calendars, Notes, and Reminders as well.
You can do this on iPhone XS Max/ iPhone XS/ iPhone XR/ iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone 7/7 Plus, iPhone 6/ 6 Plus/ iPhone SE/ iPhone 5S Running iOS 12 or later (2019 – 2018 tips)
You Can Delete Calendar, Contacts, Notes, and Reminder of Outlook at any time by simply Disable the options under the settings app. Check the d & last part of this video.
