To fix high usage of Memory / CPU by trustedinstaller.exe, please follow these simple steps:
Open the services in your system – open ‘Windows Modules Installer’ services – set startup type as ‘disabled’ – click ‘Apply’ – click on the tab ‘ Recovery’ – set ‘First failure’, ‘Second failure’ and ‘Subsequent failures’ as ‘Take No Action’ – click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’ – Restart your PC.
