Windows 10 version 2004 has removed the option to defer or pause feature updates and has restricted quality updates to a maximum of 35 days!
But we can address that in the video.
This will only work in Windows 10 Professional version, if you want to upgrade Home to Pro you can get an upgrade license key here:

Open GPEdit (group policy editor)
Local computer policy
Computer configuration
admin templates
windows components
windows update
windows update for business

and select either of these options
select when preview builds and features updates are received
select when quality updates are received

That will allow you to defer the feature update, the big ones! for a max of 365 days and the quality updates (which i would recommend installing quite quickly) can be delayed for 35 days in the control panel or 30 days in group policy editor.
