Method 1.
1. Go to Start Menu, type CMD,
2. Right click CMD, click Run as Administrator
3. Copy and paste the following command into the CMD window, and than press enter

REG ADD HKLM//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows//CurrentVersion//Run /v ctfmon /t REG_SZ /d CTFMON.EXE

…This should add ctfmon.exe to a startup location in the registry

Method 2.
1. Open Windows Explorer (hotkey is Windows key + E)
2. Copy and paste the following path into the addressbar:

%systemdrive%//Users//%USERNAME%//AppData//Roaming//Microsoft//Windows//Start Menu//Programs//Startup

…this should open the a Startup folder

3. Open another Windows Explorer (hotkey is Windows key + E)
4. Go to the C://Windows//System32 folder
5. Type CTFMON to find the file
6. Using the Mouse Right-click, drag and drop CTFMON to the Startup folder mentioned at point 2 and click Create shortcuts here.

Both methods should automatically load CTFMON when Windows 7 starts (and make the Language Bar visible).
