In this excel tutorial for beginners, I’ll show you a built-in feature of Microsoft excel that will allow you to unhide or show multiple rows or columns at once. Suppose you have 100 hidden rows in your worksheet and you need top unhide all of them at once. How would you do it? In this tutorial you’ll learn how. Same goes for hidden columns as well. Now follow the procedure below to unhide multiple rows in excel.
Step 1: Select the entire worksheet or select the rows where you have the hidden rows.
Step 2: Click on the Home Tab
Step 3: Click on Format
Step 4: Click on Hide & Unhide
Step 5: Select Unhide Rows
Or you can use the keyboard shortcut for unhide rows Ctrl + Shift + (
Done. This will unhide all rows in excel without using any vba.

Now follow the procedure below to unhide multiple Columns at once in excel.
Step 1: Select the entire worksheet or select the columns where you have the hidden columns.
Step 2: Click on the Home Tab
Step 3: Click on Format
Step 4: Click on Hide & Unhide
Step 5: Select Unhide Columns
Or you can use the keyboard shortcut for unhide columns Ctrl + Shift + )

Done. This will unhide all columns in excel at once.
