You can also share your Outlook calendar with people outside your organization, but they will have limited access to it. For that, you must have calendar sharing enabled in Microsoft 365 admin.
First, I have created a calendar and then shared it. You can share your Outlook calendar using the Outlook application or on the Outlook web. The processes are a little different, but you can follow along.
You can have your private calendars and shared calendars separately. You can also share your primary calendar. It depends on your use case.
