Windows 10 setup without using a Microsoft account. One workaround that allowed us to create a local account, disconnect from the internet. You can do this by choosing I don’t have Wi-Fi during set up, unplugging your ethernet cable if hardwired or by putting your laptop in Airplane Mode using the hardware switch if your laptop has this option.
