We often need to change formatting in Word. For example, we might want to change all the headings from red to blue, or increase the font size, or make all bold text italic. This is simple, but if you have a long document, it’s going to take a while. Learn how to do it all in one go in this video using the /”Select All Text with Similar Formatting/” feature. Also, learn how to select all highlighted text (which is usually trickly because technically Word does not recognize highlighted text as a type of formatting).
