From the Home Screen:
Turn on your PS4 and log in to the account from which you want to remove a user.

Access Settings:
Scroll up on the home screen to access the main menu. Go to /”Settings,/” which is represented by a toolbox icon.

Select Account Management:
Within the /”Settings/” menu, scroll down and select /”Account Management./”

Choose Activate as Your Primary PS4:
Inside /”Account Management,/” select /”Activate as Your Primary PS4./” You might need to enter your account password for verification.

Deactivate the User:
You’ll see a list of users on your PS4. Choose the user you want to remove and select /”Deactivate./”

Confirm the Deactivation:
A confirmation message will appear. Confirm that you want to deactivate the user. This will remove their access to the games and content associated with your account on this specific PS4.

Optional – Delete the User:
If you want to completely remove the user from your PS4, go back to the main settings menu and select /”Users./” Choose the user you want to delete and select /”Delete User./”
