When text overflows a page, Ms Word automatically starts new page by inserting automatic page break. However there are many instance when you needs to start new page after some text by manually inserting page break called manual page break. When you want to remove page break in Word, there are two methods.
a) Delete page break manully one by one: Turn on formatting by clicking show and hide from Home tab. Then find ——page break—— and delete it to remove page break.
b) Remove all page break using find and replace: Open replace dialogue box using Ctrl + H, then search for page break by typing /”^m/” in replace dialogue box and keep Replace with blank to delete page break. Use replace or replace all to replace next or all page break in Word document
