Google Chrome can consume a lot of power, especially when multiple tabs are open.
Today, I’ll show you how to make Google Chrome use less energy when running on battery power in Windows 11 laptops.

Open Google Chrome.
Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
In the left menu, click on Performance.
Scroll down to the Power section.
By default, Chrome is set to /”Turn on only when your battery is at 20% or lower./”
To maximize battery life, change this to /”Turn on when your computer is unplugged./”
That’s it! Your Chrome browser will now consume less power when running on battery.
