In this tutorial, you will learn how to redline in Word by navigating to the “Review” tab.

Navigate to the /”Review/” tab and click on the /”Track Changes/” button in the /”Tracking/” group to enable it. This should highlight the button. Click on the small arrow at the bottom-right corner of the /”Tracking/” group. This will open the /”Track Changes Options/” dialog box. Click on the /”Advanced Options/” button. This will open the “Advanced Track Changes Options” dialog box. From the /”Color/” drop-down menu of /”Insertions/” in the /”Markup/” section, select the /”Blue/” color. Click OK to apply the changes. Again, click OK. From the /”Simple Markup/” drop-down menu, select the /”All Markup/” option. Then, from the /”Show Markup/” drop-down menu, you can choose which elements of /”Track Changes/” are displayed. Now, highlight some text and then click on /”New Comment/” in the /”Comments/” group of the /”Review/” tab, which will allow you to add feedback to the highlighted text. The feedback will appear on the right-side edits bar. Then, you can edit your document as you wish. Now to accept a change, select the change and click on /”Accept/” in the /”Changes/” group of the /”Review/” tab. Each time you click the /”Accept/” or “Reject” button, it moves to the next track change. To delete a change, click on “Reject”.
That’s all!
