How to recover permanently deleted files in Windows 10?
1. Solution for Ctrl+D Deleted the Files
Pressing Ctrl+D is an uncommon way to remove files, but still many people use it to do the job. If you have deleted a file by pressing Ctrl+D, you can easily get it back with the Ctrl+Z key combination. Pressing Ctrl+Z will undo your action and you’ll be able to recover permanently deleted files in no time.
2. Solution for Recycle Bin Delete
Step 1 – Hit the “Window + R” key and punch in “regedit” into the run box.
Step 2 – On the registry window, navigate to the path below, and right click over the “Name Space” option.

Step 4 – Lastly, hit the newly created key and modify the information stored in “Item” to “Recycle Bin” and reboot your PC. That’s it, now you can easily recover deleted files in Windows.
3. System Restore
this method will only work if you want to recover Windows system files, registry settings, and programs.
It won’t help you get back deleted images, videos, mp3 files, documents, etc. Also, you can only use System Restore to recover data if you have configured your PC to create Restore points.

Step 1 – On your Windows 10 system, type “Create a Restore Point” in the Cortana search bar and click the first search result.
Step 2 – Navigate to the “System Protection” tab and click “System Restore”.
