Windows 10 or 11 does not play DVDs unless you have an app to do so. Download VLC Player from the link below.
Open VLC. Click on Media then Open Disk.Put a check in the box next to (No Disk Menus). Disk Device should be your DVD drive. If you have a DVD in it then it should have the DVD name next to the drive letter. Click Play and it should play. I just ran 4 DVD on it and not once did it ask me to pay.
