(My Pickling Liquid)
-2 quarts Marukan Rice Wine Vinegar unseasoned
-kosher salt to taste
-sugar to taste (honey is good too!)
-tbsp Aleppo
-tbsp black pepper
-tbsp coriander
-1 bay leaf

(Conserva)
-nice oil to cover
-pickling liquid to taste
-salt and pepper to taste
-garlic
-thyme
