Open Command Prompt in administration, run these commands chronologically 1 by 1, these commands resets your network and releases your ipv4 and renews it, flushed your dns, disables heuristics for stable high speed internet, checks for hidden problems, if found they dism tries to fix it.
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh interface tcp set heuristics disabled
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

STEP 2:
Download the file in the download section of the description, open DNSBnch.exe, go to the /”Nameservers/” tab, click /”Run Benchmark/” and wait. Once finished, open control panel, search /”network/
