In your Google Docs document, go to Insert then Drawing.
Go to Actions then Word Art.
In the text box that pops up, enter in the text and press enter on your keyboard.
Format the text as you wish, by changing the fill color, outline color, etc.
Click “Save & Close” to insert the Word Art in google docs document.
