If you want to install Remote Server Admin Tools for Windows 10, then your in luck, because Microsoft has just released the Windows 10 version of Remote Server Administration Tools. You can use this add-on in Windows 10, which will give you all the remote management MMC tools that are required to manage and run your Windows servers remotely.
Make sure you are running the very latest version of Remote Management Tools. I will also put a link for the Windows 10 Group Policy Administrative Template settings which can install if you require them.
Download RSAT: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45520
Once you downloaded ADMX/ADML file, just install them in your Active Directory Central Store.
