You can highlight an image or photo in Microsoft Word quite easily. Go to Insert menu on the top – Shapes – Select a basic shape from the drop down menu. Drag the area you want to highlight on the image. Right click on the shape and select Format Shapes. Select Fill – Solid Fill. Select a color – preferrably yellow. Change the transparency to anything between 50-90% to increase readability.
