If you have a large Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and you need to find all instances of a value or word. You can easily do a find all and then fill all the cells that contain the value of your search result with a color of your choice. Then you will have all of these cells with the search result highlighted and it will be much easier to work with the data within those cells.
