Recently my internet connection was blocked with the message/error – User/Your Internet Access Blocked. So, I myself tried different methods and found a proper solution that worked for me.
1. Try to Turn OFF windows defender/firewall.
2. Try to change the rules in Advanced settings of Windows Firewall.
3. Try to disable your antivirus for a moment and check if the internet is working. If yes, then turn off Firewall service in your Antivirus software.
4. Enable Rule for specific services in the Advanced Settings of the Windows Firewall OutBound Rules.
