[UPDATE] After I updated and restarted my PC today (8/29/19) both of my /”legacy/” devices were reset so I had to go back into my device manager and REDO what I previously did. I’m not sure if windows is trying to help by using newer available drivers but just an FYI.
This video only works for devices that are compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0 as far as I’m aware.
This video outlines how I was able to fix my Razer Deathstalker Chroma and my Razer Diamondback Chroma. This method hopefully works for everyone but I cannot guarantee it. If you want the short version of the video: Go to device management on your Windows PC, select the devices you need to fix, click update, choose an update from your PC and browse available updates. Choose the 2016 update from Razer. If you have any issues let me know, if you found something else that works also let me know!
