Still trouble?!
Test the Addon /”Ghostery/” for FireFox or Chrome. This simply deactivates a lot of background stuff, which could make you lag / buffering.

This is a short /”guide/” how to fix twitch laggs / buffering.
I totally recomment to read the full tutorial (teamliquid forum).
I wrote that guide some years ago, and decided to put it here on YouTube. Sry. for my bad english and sorry for the bad quality. I just wanted to do it quick. Perhaps I upload a better Tutorial later.
Sometimes it helps when you switch from Chrome to FireFox or in opposite !!

Important Info:
For my stream (twitch.tv/DedraSC) you should have atleast a ~5.000 up to 8.000 download speed. Because I’m uploading with 3.500 bitrate, spikes up to 4.500 sometimes. If you don’t have ~4.500 download my stream can’t be smooth for you. Compared on the twitch-server you’re connected too, you need +- download speed. That’s why I recomment ~6.000-8.000 download speed for my stream (source quality).
