Have you ever gotten the /”RPC Server Unavailable/” error/problem? Well its rare when it happens because it only happens when the booting properties were malfunction or changed.

To fix this problem you just need to to to /”RUN/” in your start button (Hold Window key+R). Then type in /”msconfig./” then, under general choose normal start up. And it should fix it after a shut down or restart.
