In this video, I explain how to fix the problem when Minecraft Launcher is not visible over SteamLink.

QUICK SOLUTION:
1. Go to Minecraft Launcher folder: /”C////Program Files(x86)//Minecraft Launcher//game///”
2. Remove or rename /”libEGL.dll/” and /”libGLESv2.dll/”

This issue occurs because of two factors:
1. Minecraft Launcher uses its own OpenGL libraries
2. Steam client somehow modifies libEGL or libGLESv2 to record OpenGL applications content
