The Steps to follow:
Restart your surface pro
Enter Bios Configuration Settings
Select- Boot Configuration
Select Advance Options
Disable ‘ Enable Battery Limit’
Please note: if ‘Enable Battery Limit’ is already set to disable. Then you need to enable this option, apply a system reboot, then shut down your surface pro and then enter bios configuration settings again and this time disable this option and exit bios and restart to windows and plug in the charger adapter and this should work for you!
