How to fix side by side configure error

hello friends in this new tutorial i have showed how to fix side by side configure error. i was not able get out to this problem because i was installing 64 bit vc++ when i installed 32 bit too then is worked even i have a 64 bit system.

the vc++ is taken from microsoft site and i don’t own
