In this video tutorial I’m showing how to fix search bar not typing Windows 10 start menu, this annoying problem today I’m fixing for 2 minutes for you guys , you only need to follow the steps I’m doing on the video.
Im using method with fixing , CTFMON.EXE monitors the keyboard, speech recognition, handwriting recognition, and similar input services on Windows 10.
You need to enable it if you are unable to type in Windows Search.

1:30 – Run CTFMON.EXE , To do so, open the Run window. For that, use the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut. Or right-click on the Copy-paste the C://Windows//System32//ctfmon.exe command in the Run box and hit Enter. (so search will work perfect directly )

2:10 – Add “CTFMON.EXE” to run automatically at startup in Windows 10
3:30 Copy CTFMON.EXE to startup folder or create a shortcut and paste in this folder

1. Select the Start button and scroll to find the app you want to run at startup.
2. Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location. This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn’t an option for Open file location, it means the app can’t run at startup.
3. With the file location open, press the Windows logo key + R, type shell:startup, then select OK. This opens the Startup folder.
4.Copy and paste the shortcut to the app from the file location to the Startup folder.
