To Fix Right Click Keeps Loading in Windows 10 , try this method:
Open the Windows Registry as administrator as explained in this video. Then navigate through the below Path:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Directory/Backgroung/Shellex/ContextMenuHandlers
Expand “ContextMenuHandlers and delete all folders except two namely, “New” and “WorkFolders” under “ContextMenuHandlers”.
