Today we’re talking about fixing the /”Repeating Redirects Detected/” Web Error 500. There are a few things you might want to try. This is a common error when trying to access your emails via the web. It can also occur when trying to access other applications through the Microsoft Office 365 portal.
️ Firstly, opening the window in an Incognito Tab might fix the issue. Or a new private window if you’re using Firefox or Edge browsers. After you’ve done that simply select outlook from the app launcher, and if it works: that means your issue is originating from your browser cookies and cache.

Another method might be to clear your cookies and cache, to begin with. For chrome, this option is in the Privacy and Browsing tab. For Firefox these options are in the Privacy & Security tab.
️ Perhaps using another browser might fix your issue as well!
