How to fix or change the time and time zone on Fitbit devices.
If you need to correct the time, or you are moving between time zones and need to set the time on your Fitbit device it is now a little easier to do, as long as you follow these steps
Apple Devices.
swipe to access the controls and make sure the Bluetooth is on and active.
Open the Fitbit app and select the Fitbit device from the list of paired devices.
Scroll down to the SYNC NOW section and wait for the device to sync.
Next open the system settings cog
Choose general then time and date
choose a different time zone and turn off automatically detect
after choosing the time zone open the Fitbit app again
choose your paired device from the list
click or tap the sync now button or section.
after the sync has completed your device will now show the correct time for the selected time zone.

Use this method to update the time on a fitbit that is showing the time incorrectly, just switch abck to the automatically detect option after.
