One of the fixes is to change your graphics settings for OBS to either power saving or high performance mode. You can do this through the display settings in windows.
Setting the program to launch in compatibility mode can also fix your issue. Sometimes the black screen error can be caused by a new version of OBS. You can fix this by doing a complete uninstall of OBS Studio and installing an older version.
Export your scenes 00:00
Change OBS Graphics Settings 00:20
Run as Administrator in Compatibility Mode 01:04
Replace OBS with Older Version 01:36
