Through this video, we will see how to troubleshoot the Microsoft Teams problem when it shows the message like there was a Glitch and we had to restart the application.
Microsoft Teams may sometimes get stuck in a crash and launch loop. When this issue occurs, the app usually throws an error that says: “There was a glitch, and we’re recovering or we had to restart the app.” Teams simply hangs for 10 or 15 seconds, then recovers for a few seconds to hang again later.
You can delete some file from the user profile appdata as shown below:
Alternatively, you can navigate to C://Users//UserName//AppData//Roaming//Microsoft and delete the files from the following cache folders:

%appdata%//Microsoft//teams//blob_storage
%appdata%//Microsoft//teams//Cache
%appdata%//Microsoft//teams//databases

Also try to Update or Reinstall the Graphics Driver.
To troubleshoot this issue need to update the app & log in again.
