To Fix Microsoft Word Spell Check Not Working please try one or both of these methods:
Method 1:
In the MS Word document, click on the first tab “File” – then click on “Options” – then click “Proofing”. Now on the right hand side, under the title “When correcting spelling and grammar in Word”, put checkmark towards the first four options there. Then click “OK”.

Method 2:
In the MS Word document, click on the tab “Review” – then click “Language” – then on “Set proofing language – Now, in the opening window, remove checkmark from the box towards the option “Do not check spelling or grammar” and then click “OK”. That’s all..!
