How to fix a laptop that is not charging battery via USB-C, how to fix no connection via USB-C dock and no power via USB-C. This tutorial works for most laptops, in this video I show you how to fix the HP EliteBook 830 G6 as an example. Some laptops have a reset button, this laptop uses only the power button. If you still have no success, try and hold WIN-key and F5 while you reset power using power button for HP computers. If you have no power at all, you might need a normal charger while resetting it so USB-C works again.
If it still will not fix the problem, try and updating BIOS of the laptop.
