Get ready to become a sync troubleshooting expert and follow the steps.
1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
2. At the top right, click on the three vertical dots of the menu.
3. Click on the Settings from the drop-down list.
4. Click on Privacy and Security on the left menu panel.
5. Click on the Cookies and other site data from the right side.
6. Scroll down the page to Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows.
7. Turn off the button, if it is ON.
8. Click on Privacy and Security on the left side again.
9. Click on the Site Settings on the right side.
10. Scroll down to the Content section, and click on the Cookies and site data.
11. Scroll down the page, and click on the Add button of Sites that can always use cookies.
12. Type accounts.google.com, and click on the Add button.
13. Close the Chrome browser, and re-open it.
14. At the top right, click on the menu, and then click on More Tools from the drop-down.
15. Click on the Clear browsing data option from the sub-menu.
16. Uncheck all the options and select the check boxes of Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
17. Click on the Clear Data button.
18. At the top right, click on the menu, and then click on the Extensions option.
19. Click on the Manage Extension, and then Remove the extension that is not in use.
20. At the top right, click on the menu, and then click on Settings.
21. On the left-side menu panel, click on Reset Settings.
22. Click on the Reset settings button to confirm it.
