Q: The test showed my hard drive to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped 🙁
A: If the diagnostic test showed your HDD to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped, you would now try to reinstall the operating system. You can see those links here;

Q: The diagnostic test says my HDD is not installed or it fails 🙁
A: If the diagnostic test shows the HDD as not installed or if it fails, that means it may be loose or bad. Try ‘Reseating’ the HDD first as seen here in this video. Try the diagnostic test again. If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD. After installing a new HDD, you would need to install an operating system as seen here;

Q: I cannot access the diagnostic test and the other steps didn’t help.
A: If you cannot access the diagnostic test, then we don’t know if your Hard Drive (HDD) is healthy. We can then proceed, assuming it is. If the other steps in this video do not help, I would then try to reinstall the Operating System (OS).

Q: What if my HDD fails the test?
