When replacing the battery, try to replace with a genuine HP battery. In my experience, only 50% of generic batteries work 🙁

A: You can search for your exact model number and the word ‘battery’ or you can look up the part number that should be on your battery. HP part numbers look like this; 752237-001

Q: If after all these steps, its still showing the same error, what do I do?
