Guys, I am going to explain how to fix error 1603.
below are the steps and tricks and watch my video till the end
and please do not skip otherwise your problem will not be resolved..

Suggestion: Before applying these tips its better to restore your windows if you have already made system restore point.

Big Suggestion: If you are installing new windows on your PC,
i desperately recommend you to make a system restore point after complete installation of windows. if you don’t know how to make it i will give a link in (i) button. you can check and make it.

if you have not made already system
restore point on your windows try these tips.
======================================================

1. Repair System Registry and Files.
Run the Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management
(DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools as Administrator
2. Unstall corrupted Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files.
3. Update Windows.
4. Resolve driver and software conflicts With the help of AMD
Clean Uninstall Utility or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU),
It can completely remove any existing or damaged driver files
and registry entries, thereby allowing a successful installation of
the latest AMD driver software package.
5.Temporarily disable Antivirus Software and Definitions until the
installation of the AMD driver package software is complete.
6. Download and use the latest AMD Installer.

बड़ा सुझाव: यदि आप अपने पीसी पर नई विंडो Install कर रहे हैं,
मैं पूरी तरह से आपको सलाह देता हूं कि आप सिस्टम पर New Windows Installation पूर्ण होने के तुरंत बाद Restore Point बनाएं। यदि आप नहीं जानते कि इसे कैसे बनाया जाए तो मैं एक लिंक दूंगा (I) बटन में आप इसे जांच सकते हैं और बना सकते हैं। इसी तरह के case मे ये help करता है।

अगर आपने पहले से सिस्टम Restore Point नहीं बनाया है तो
इन Tips का प्रयास करें।

1. मरम्मत प्रणाली रजिस्ट्री और फ़ाइलें।
व्यवस्थापक के रूप में Windows परिनियोजन छवि सर्विसिंग और प्रबंधन
(DISM) और सिस्टम फ़ाइल परीक्षक (SFC) कमांड चलाएँ
2. Unstall corrupted /”Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable/”
3. विंडोज को अपडेट करें।
4. चालक और सॉफ्टवेयर के टकराव को हल करें एएमडी क्लीन अनइंस्टॉल
यूटिलिटी या डिस्प्ले ड्राइवर अनइंस्टालर (DDU) की मदद से यह किसी भी
मौजूदा या क्षतिग्रस्त ड्राइवर फ़ाइलों और registry entries को पूरी तरह से
हटा सकता है जिससे नवीनतम AMD ड्राइवर सॉफ्टवेयर पैकेज की सफल
स्थापना की अनुमति मिलती है।
5. अस्थायी रूप से एंटीवायरस सॉफ़्टवेयर और परिभाषाएँ तक disable करें
जबतक कि एएमडी चालक पैकेज सॉफ्टवेयर की स्थापना पूरी न हो जाय।
6. नवीनतम AMD इंस्टालर को डाउनलोड करें और उसका उपयोग करें।
