Fix Err Connection Timed Out Issue
Method 1. Clear Browsing Data.
Click on 3 dot icon, then click history and history.
Next click on Clear browsing data.
check mark the following:
Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other sire and plugin data, Cached images and files
Now click Clear browsing datah.
Close your google chrome browser and restart your PC.
Method 2. Uncheck proxy option.
Press Windows Key + R, then type inetcpl.cpl, and hit enter button to open Internet Properties.
Go to Connections tab, and select LAN settings.
Uncheck Use a Proxy Server, and make sure Automatically detect settings is checked.
Click Ok and reboot your PC.
Now Restart Your PC.

Method 3. Flush DNS & IP.
Go to command prompt admin.
Type the following command and hit enter after each one:
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/registerdns
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
netsh winsock reset
Restart your PC to apply changes.

Method 4. Use Google DNS.
Go to Control Panel and click on Network and Internet option.
Click Network and Sharing Center, then click on Change adapter settings.
Select your Wi-Fi, then double click on it and select Properties.
Now select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and click Properties.
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Check mark “Use the following DNS server addresses”.
Click Ok and restart your PC.
