The error occurs after an update has run. You can try these steps below:
1. Press Windows Key + R then type services.msc and press Enter.
2. Locate Windows Update (wuauserv) and double-click it.
3. Select Disabled then click Stop to change the Windows Update.
4. Do the same for Windows Modules Installer (TrustedInstaller).
