This Works For Startup Crashes too!

Steps:

1.Go To Desktop And Right Click And Press NVIDIA Control Panel

Go to adjust image settings with preview and click use advanced 3d settings

2. Click On Manage 3D Settings

3. Click On Program Settings, click add and select the COD Ghosts
icon or main folder(iw6sp64_ship.exe)
4. On Option 2 Select High-Performance NVIDIA Processor
and click apply!
5. It should work!
