In today’s video, I am going to show you how you can try to fix your Amazon Fire TV Stick when it not working or not respond.

First you need to restart the TV stick. Try to press select button with play button together and hold on for about 3 to 5 seconds. Until you see the TV restarting release the button. Wait for the TV back to normal try to operate the TV is it ok now?

Secondly, if you still not fix. Try to remove the batteries from the TV stick remote and reinstall the batteries back after 5 second or more. If still not fix you need to buy new batteries and try to use the new batteries with your remote. This time you need to try the first restarting method as I show you and the beginning.
