I get the following error message:

Error 0x80070522: A required privilege is not held by the client.
This error solution is common for windows 7,windows 8,windows 8.1,windows 10 also and the architectures are both 64bit and 32bit.
This error is occurred while try to accessing the following softwares are java,c++,in cmd,sp1,winrar.
Solution 1:
1.Goto local disk:c and right lick on it.
2.Click /”properties/”
3.Goto sharing-advanced settings.
4.Tick the following option and select /”permissions/”
5.Now enable all the options.
Solution 2:
1.Goto run and type regedit
2.Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -SYSTEM -MICROSOFT -WINDOWS -CURRENT VERSION – POLICIES -SYSTEM.
3.Select /”Enable LUA/” and set value to /”0/”
4.Once restart your pc the error is solved.
