Xerox, Epson, Toshiba or Canon printer and it’s not able to the printer even when the printer is powered on, then this video could be for you. I will show you step by step guide on how to fix your printer.

1. Check the ink cartridges aren’t empty.
2. Run Printer Troubleshoot.
3. Replace the cartridges.
4. Install printer driver again.
5. Paper jams are a fairly common problem with printers.
6. Clean or Flush Nozzles on inkjet printer heads they might be blocked.
7. Clean the print heads
8. Run a full maintenance clean on the printer.
9. Check USB cable.
10. Check to see if the printer is the default printer.
11. Is the printer compatible with the Window’s version you are using?
12. Check to see if the USB cable is plugged into the right USB port. (ie: if its 2.0 USB make sure it’s not plugged into USB 3.0 it may not be compatible)
13. Clear printer job list.
14. Bad Cable.
15. Driver Problems or Corrupt Driver
16. Paper tray not closed or open cover.
