Open your document in MS Word.
Go to the /”Edit/” tab in the ribbon.
Click on /”Find and Replace/” in the /”Editing/” group.
In the /”Find and Replace/” window, type in the word you want to replace in the /”Find what/” field.
Type in the new word you want to use in the /”Replace with/” field.
Click on /”Replace All/” to replace all instances of the original word.
Repeat steps 4-6 for any additional words you want to replace.
Once you have replaced all the desired words, save your document.
For example, if you want to replace all instances of the hashtag #vlogging with #youtube, you would follow these steps. This can save a lot of time if you need to replace multiple words in your document.
