Step 1: Enter /”indexing options/” in the Windows search bar to open it.
Step 2: In the Indexing Options window, click the Modify button and then select Show all locations.
Step 3: Check all the boxes for the locations and click OK.
Step 4: Press Win + E to open File Explorer and enter Local disk C: Users. Click on the View tab, select Preview pane, and choose Details. Expand the Sort by option and select Name and Ascending.
Step 5: Type the file format you want to find, such as jpg, jpeg, png, etc. Identify and delete the duplicate items.
