Alternative: Using Control Panel
Open Control Panel (search for it in the Start Menu).
Go to Hardware and Sound – Power Options.
You should see Ultimate Performance listed as an available plan. Select it.

The Ultimate Performance Power Plan is a high-performance power scheme introduced in Windows 10 Pro for Workstations and higher-end editions. It is designed to maximize system performance by eliminating power-saving features that can potentially reduce CPU and overall system performance.

Enable Ultimate Performance:
For Windows 10 (Pro for Workstations or higher) and Windows 11:
Type the following command in the command prompt and press Enter
powercfg -duplicatescheme a1841308-3541-4fab-bc81-f71556f20b4a
