There are four basic power plans associated with any Windows 10 Operating System. Those associated power plans with Windows 10 are the Balanced Plan, Power Saver plan, Ultimate Performance plan and the High-Performance plan. On some laptops, you might see only Balanced power plan in Control Panel Power Options. You should enable other power plans by enabling them manually through Command Prompt or PowerShell by running commands. These commands are given below, copy and paste them in Command Prompt or PowerShell.
High Performance:

Ultimate Performance:

Power saver:
