How to Edit A Protected Word Document Without Password

This is a very common issue if you work for a company, temp staff create a document and add a password to that document and then that person leave the company or contract ends. Then the company is left with a number of documents that are password protected and cannot be edited without a password. I will show you a quick work around for this issue.
